7 Days of Gratefulness

Day 1: Thank God for waking you up. Name one thing in your home that you are grateful to have. Enjoy it!

Day 2: Thank God for waking you up. Name one person that you are grateful to have in your life. Tell them today.

Day 3: Thank God for waking you up. Sing one song that makes you happy. Share it with someone.

Day 4: Thank God for waking you up. Post something nice, non-critical, and uplifting on social media, text or email.

Day 5: Thank God for waking you up. Call a friend or family member that you love and let them know you’re thinking of them

Day 6: Thank God for waking you up. Prepare or buy your favorite meal. Share it with someone.

Day 7: Thank God for waking you up. Encourage or compliment someone today.
