Have you ever met a person that seems like they have it ALL together? No stress, no worries, and nothing appear to affect them. They aren’t perfect! No one is perfect, but perhaps they lose all their mental oats at home. Possibly! It’s also possible that they have learned to think positive in all things, even during the most terrible times. So even behind closed doors, their peace remains intact. My mom’s constant reminder to me is, “protect your mind and thoughts”. It’s a necessity to a long and happy life. Having everything that you want isn’t the key to your happiest of days.  Romans 12:2 encourages us to renew our minds daily. Philippians 4:8 tells us to always think good and pure thoughts. The key to your happiness is thinking and believing that you have everything you need and greater is coming to you. A peace and joy-filled life begin with positive thinking. Here are common phrases of gratitude to help you start conquering negative thoughts.
