Hi everyone! I know it’s been a minute since my last post, but I’m back. I strongly believe that sometimes you just have to take a break. That’s exactly what I did. We’re narrowing down the last days of summer break, so I’ve literally been enjoying the time that Braylon and I have left. It feels good to not have to schedule school, homework, practice, birthday parties with classmates… and EVERYTHING in between. I’m not complaining. The last few days allowed us to step away from our routine and head to the next state closest to us. Georgia it was, and Atlanta was our city of choice. Yes, we’ve been there countless times, but it was a new experience for Braylon. We visited Dave & Busters, The Legoland Discovery Center, of course shopping at Phipps Plaza. Braylon was more excited about swimming in the pool at our hotel. Easy and free fun, sounds good to me! We also took a minute to visit the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Museum and Exhibition and that were very enlightening for our boy. He had a ton of questions but recalled a lot of what he had already learned from his last year teacher. Oh, how we will miss her! Here are our quick vlog and pictures. I didn’t get every detail because I was still attempting to be present in my life with my family. I hope that you will enjoy them!
