Easy and Simple Chicken Stir Fry

I don’t claim to be an expert in the kitchen, but I do love to cook! One of many things that I learned from my mom and from being a mom is the ability to quickly whip up something delicious and sometimes nutritious for my family to enjoy.

Today I am sharing an easy and simple recipe for Chicken Stir Fry! This meal is quick and even faster if you actual steam your veggies via microwave. It only took about 5 minutes prep time and 8 minutes to actually go from stove to plate. This meal is delicious if it’s served alone, but more filling for little bellies if it’s served over rice or pasta. If your family is not to keen on eating a plate full of veggies you can dash in a little bit of sugar to wake their palates up. You can also make this meal low carb friendly by skipping the cornstarch/flour/sugar and simply use coconut flour instead.
