  1. I had such a love/hate relationship with breastfeeding. When I was a first time mom 19 years ago there wasn’t as much info and support as there is now which is awesome.

  3. I never knew that there was a week for this. You have educated me on this and now I am aware. I agree that the resources in the black community are limited and to know that they continue to do it when it comes to children’s health is beyond disgusting!

  4. Even though it is the law that women be given breaks to pump, I feel many women don’t feel comfortable asking or don’t know how to assert their rights. And I think anytime there’s an opportunity for women to come together and give each other support. It’s a good thing!

  5. I am glad there is more info and help out there for moms who struggle with breastfeeding. I know it is something I had issues with.
